Service Fees

transparency & expectations

All projects start out with a paid, 1-2 hour onsite design consultation, due upon scheduling either by check or Venmo. All fees listed below include the consultation fee. All projects will have 3 milestone payments. The 1st installment ($300) at the consultation, 2nd installment of 50% at the contract signing, 3rd payment of remaining 50% at completion of final selections meeting.

FULL SERVICE

Starts at $2,800

Includes all the benefits of an E-Design PLUS space planning, floor plan drawings, elevations, 2 options of selections per room, sample search, visual proposals, minimum of 2 onsite meetings, procurement, installation & styling, and project management of sub-contractors.

E-Design

$1500 / Room

Perfect option for those who just need a visual to feel confident in making decisions on how to pull together a particular style. Includes an required 1-2 hour onsite consultation for photos and measurements, visual proposal with 2 options per room, comprehensive furnishing guide with links.
